netctlコマンドを使って設定する。

　　　　

# cat /etc/netctl/enp1s0

Interface=enp1s0

Connection=ethernet

IP=static

ONBOOT=yes

# netctl enable enp1s0

# netctl start enp1s0

# systemctl enable netctl@enp1s0.service
